Cyduned seintiau daear lawr
  A thyrfa fawr y nef,
I ganu clodydd Iesu mawr;
  Un ydynt ynddo Ef.

Un teulu dedwydd sydd gan Dduw,
  Un Eglwys fyw sy'n bod;
Mae rhan o fewn y nefol lŷs,
  Rhan arall îs y rhod.

Un fyddin enwog ydynt oll,
  O dan awdurdod IOR:
Aeth adre fyrdd trwy'r dyfroedd maith,
  Rŷm ni ar lan y môr!

Ehedeg i'r anfarwol fyd
  Mae miloedd bob rhyw awr:
'Rŷm ninau'n myned, ddydd a nos,
  I'r tragwyddoldeb mawr.

O! am gael uno gyda'r llu
  Gyrchasant at y nod;
Ac, ar adenydd cariad cu,
  Ehedeg uwch y rhod.

Let the saints of earth below unite
  With the great throng of heaven,
To sing the praises of great Jesus;
  One they are in Him.

One happy family God has,
  One living Church there is;
A part is within the heavenly court,
  Another part below the sky.

One famous army are they all,
  Under a Master's authority:
They went home through the vast waters,
  We are on the sea shore!

Flying to the immortal world
  Are thousands every hour:
We also are going, day and night,
  To the great eternity.

Oh to get to unite with the throng
  Who set off towards the mark;
And, on the wings of dear love,
  Fly above the sky.

Let saints on earth in concert sing
  With those whose work is done;
For all the servants of our king
  In Heav'n and earth are one.

One family, we dwell in Him,
  One Church, above, beneath;
Though now divided by the stream,
  The narrow stream of death.

One army of the living God,
  To His command we bow;
Part of the host have crossed the flood,
  And part are crossing now.

E'en now to their eternal home
  There pass some spirits blest;
While others to the margin come,
  Waiting their call to rest.

Jesu, be Thou our constant guide;
  Then, when the word is given,
Bid Jordan's narrow stream divide,
  And bring us safe to Heav'n.
