Cydunwn oll yn awr
  I ganmol Iesu gwiw;
Y Manna nefol ddaeth i lawr,
  A Bara'r bywyd yw.

Mae Duw'n arlwyo bwrdd,
  Yn yr anialwch blin,
I'r blant y mae, lle b'ont yn cwrdd,
  Daw hefyd yno'i hun.

Gyfeillion, O bwytewch,
  Mae i chwi ffordd sydd faith;
Can's gwledd o gariad yma gewch,
  I'ch lloni ar eich taith.

gwelir: O chwi eneidiau byw

Let us all unite together
  To praise worthy Jesus;
The heavenly Manna came down,
  And the Bread of life he is.

God is furnishing a table,
  In the wearying desert,
For the children it is, where they would meet,
  There he himself also comes.

Friends, O eat,
  The road is long for you;
Since he you may have a feast of love,
  To cheer you on your journey.
