C'lymwyd ein calonau 'nghyd
Clymwyd ein calonau'n nghyd
Cylymwyd ein calonau 'nghyd

(Cwlwm Tangnefedd)
Clymwyd ein calonau'n nghyd
  Mewn llonfyd uwch y llawr;
Un bryd, un llais, un gobaith da -
  Mae'r nefoedd yma'n awr!
Gwresogwyd ein heneidiau byw
  Trwy ras
      Oen Duw, ein dawn;
Bendithion llawn, cysurol hedd,
  Digonedd ynddo gawn!

Pan gesglir
    perlau'r nefoedd wych,
  Ddysgleirwych serog lu,
Pryd hyny'r hardd lewyrcha'r saint
  Mewn nefol fraint sydd fry:
I'r rhai yn rhwymau cariad sydd,
  Mae'r dydd, mae'r dydd yn d'od! -
I gael mwynhau tragwyddol hedd -
  Byd rhyfedd uwch y rhod!

    Iachawdwr! seinied nef a llawr,
    Iachawdwr gyda ni sy'n awr;
      Ei gariad llawn,
          a'i rym fel lli',
      Sy'n llenwi ein heneidiau ni;
    Ni phery'r ymdrech ddim yn faith,
    Mae ereill wedi
        cefnu'r daith;
      Cawn fyw mewn gwlad
          heb neb rhyw glwy',
      Na raid ymado
          â'n gilydd mwy.

(The Knot of Peace)
Our hearts were knotted together
  In a peace-world above the eath;
One mind, one voice, one good hope -
  Heaven is here now!
Our living souls were warmed
  Through the grace
      of the Lamb of God, our gift;
Full blessings, comforting peace,
  Sufficiency in him we have.

When the pearls of the brilliant heavens
    are to be gathered
  A brilliantly shining, ardent host,
Then the beautiful gleaming of the saints
  In a heavenly privilege which is above:
To those who are in the bonds of love,
  The day is, the day is coming! -
To get to enjoy eternal peace -
  A world of wonder above the sky

(On leaving)

Our hearts were knotted together
  In a peace-world above the eath;
One mind, one voice, one good hope,
  Heaven is here now:
Our living souls were warmed,
  Through the grace of the Lamb of God,
      our gift;
Full blessings, comforting peace,
  Sufficiency in him we have.

    A Saviour! let heaven and earth sound,
    A Saviour is with us now;
      His full love,
          and his force like a flood,
      Which is filling our souls;
    The conflict will not last long,
    Others have
        turned their backs on the journey;
      We will get to live in a land
          with no kind of wound,
      There will be no need to leave
          each other any more.
