(Iau Crist i'r Ieuanc)
Da i ni yw dwyn yr iau
Yn ein hie'nctyd;
Canlyn Iesu, yn ddiau,
Sydd yn hyfryd;
Credu ei dystiolaeth Ef,
Ac ymostwng
Dan driniaethau Brenin nef,
Heb ymollwng.
Da i blant, yn more'u hoes,
Yw gwas'naethu
Iesu Grist, fu ar y groes
Gynt yn gwaedu;
Rhoi eu hysgwydd dan ei arch,
O fryd calon;
Glynu wrtho, gyda pharch,
Byth yn ffyddlon.

(The Yoke of Christ for the Young)
Good for us is bearing the yoke
In our youth;
Following Jesus, unwaveringly,
Is delightful;
Believing His testimony,
And submitting
To the training of the King of heaven,
Without giving up.
Good for children, in the morn of their age,
Is serving
Jesus Christ, who was on the cross
Once bleeding;
Putting their shoulder under his command,
From a willing heart;
Sticking to him, with reverence,
Forever faithful.
