Diolchwn oll i Dduw

Diolchwn oll i Dduw
  Â'n lleisiau a'n calonnau,
Llawenydd yr holl fyd,
  A Thad y trugareddau;
Ei fendith ar ein taith,
Ei nawdd, a'i ofal maith,
  O'n mebydd hyd yn awr,
  Yw ffrwyth ei gariad mawr.

Boed Ef yn agos byth
  A beunydd i'n bendithio;
Calonnau llawen gawn
  A'i heddwch i'n cysuro;
Rhagflaened ni â'i ras
I ochel pechod cas,
  A'n harwain yn ei law
  Yn iach i'r byd a ddaw.

I Dduw, yn Dad, yn Fab
  Yn Ysbryd Glân, diolchwn;
Efe yw'r unig Dduw,
  Ac Ef yn awr addolwn;
Yn Un tragwyddol Dduw,
Iôr nef a daear yw,
  Fel hyn yr oedd, y mae,
  A byth fydd yn parhau.

Tôn [6767.6666]: Nun Danket (Johann Crüger 1598-1662)

Let us all give thanks to God
  With our voices and our hearts,
The joy of the whole world,
  And the Father of mercies;
His blessing on our journey,
His protection, and his vast care,
  From our childhood until now,
  Is the fruit of his great love.

May he be close forever
  And daily to bless us;
Joyful hearts may we have
  And his peace to comfort us;
May he go before us with his grace
To avoid detestable sin,
  And lead us by his hand
  Safely to the coming world.

To God, as Father, as Son
  As Holy Spirit, let us give thanks;
He is the only God,
  And him now we worship;
As One eternal God,
The Lord of heaven earth he is,
  Thus it was, it is,
  And shall be enduringly.
tr. 2020 Richard B Gillion
Now thank we all our God,
  With heart and hands and voices,
Who wondrous things has done,
  In whom this world rejoices;
Who from our mothers' arms
  Has blessed us on our way
With countless gifts of love,
  And still is ours today.

O may this bounteous God
  Through all our life be near us,
With ever joyful hearts
  And blessèd peace to cheer us;
And keep us in His grace,
  And guide us when perplexed;
And free us from all ills,
  In this world and the next!

All praise and thanks to God
  The Father now be given;
The Son and Him who reigns
  With Them in highest Heaven;
The one eternal God, whom
  Earth and Heaven adore;
For thus it was, is now,
  And shall be evermore.
