Duw cadw'n milwyr,
  O awr i awr;
Gwna hwy'n goncwerwyr
  Hyd doriad gwawr.
Eu hysbryd cynnal
  Mewn brwydrau maith;

Angor pob enaid

Duw cadw'n bechgyn
  Sy'n hwylio'r nen;
A rho'n yr heldrin
  Dy nawdd uwch ben.
Cadw'n hanwyliaid
  Rhag loes a chlwy';
Tydi'n oes oesoedd
  Fo'u cyfaill hwy.

God, keep our soldiers,

Their spirit uphold
  In vast battles;
