Duw i dy wyddfod deuwn ni yn awr

Duw, i Dy wyddfod deuwn ni yn awr;
Molwn â llawen lef Dy gariad mawr;
  Rhoddion Dy gariad a'n bedithiant ni,
  Galwant ar bob un i'th addoli Di.

Ti ydwyt dyner - da y gwyddom hyn; -
Tystio am danat wna'r boreuddydd gwyn:
  Gwrid hwyrddydd ddywed
      am Dy gariad mwyn,
  Gwenu wnei arnom
      yn y ser a'u swyn.

Melus yw neges Dy drugaredd hael,
Ddaeth yn ein Iesu at drueiniaid gwael:
  Gwenu wnai'r Seren
      arno yn Ei gryd,
  Pan wenai yntau'n gariad ar ein byd.

Bywyd o gariad fu Ei fywyd Ef -
Llawn oedd o boen,
    ond llawn o Dduw, a'r nef;
  Pan drengodd Iesu drosom ar y groes,
  Cariad a drodd yn falm
      i ni bob loes.

Cariad dywyna yn Ei wedd bob pryd;
Cariad sy'n gwahodd pawb i'w fynwes glyd:
  Llais cariad Iesu ddwed -
      Tyrd ataf Fi,
  Pob bendith nefol
      ddaw yn rhan i ti.

Duw! boed i'w lais
    a'i serch ein denu ni,
Pan wrth Dy orsedd y'th addolwn Di:
  Bydd inni'n nodded
      ar ein taith drwy'r byd;
  Dwg ni i'th nefoedd wedyn oll i gyd.

Tôn [10.10.10.10]: Summerford (1887 John T Grimley)

God, into thy presence we come now;
We praise with a joyful cry thy great love;
  The gifts of thy love bless us,
  They call on every one to worship thee.

Thou art tender - well we know this; -
Testify about thee does the bright morning:
  The rosy evening tells
      of thy dear love,
  Smiling thou art upon us
      in the stars and their charm.

Sweet is the message of thy generous mercy,
That came in our Jesus to poor wretches:
   Smiling was the star
       upon him in his crib,
   When he was smiling love upon our world.

A life of love was his own life -
Full it was of pain,
    but full of God, and heaven;
  When Jesus perished for us on the cross,
  Love turned into balm
      for us every anguish.

'Tis love shines in his face all the time;
Love that invites all to his cosy bosom:
  The voice of the love of Jesus says -
      Come unto me,
  Every heavenly blessing
      Shall become a portion for thee.

God, may thy voice
    with its affection attract us,
When at thy throne we worship thee:
  Be to us a refuge
      on our journey through the world;
  Bring us all to thy heaven then.
