Duw y Tad sydd yn y nef,
Duw y Mab sy gydaf Ef,
Dyw yr Ysbryd, clyw ein llef;

  Iesu cu! gwrando ni,
  Gwared, Arglwydd Iesu.

Iesu! yn y preseb gawd,
Daethost er ein mwyn yn dlawd,
Duw a Dyn i ni yn Frawd;

Buost yma'n isel iawn,
Eto'n gwasgar gras a dawn
O drysorau'r nef yn llawn;

Iesu! pwy fynega d'oes,
Dyfnder dirfawr angau loes,
A gogoniant mawr dy groes

Trechaist fyd,
    ac uffern fawr,
Cyn it ado daear lawr:
Uwch na'r nefoedd wyt yn awr.

Arglwydd Iesu! gad i ni
Fod yn eiddo byth i Ti,
Gad in ddod i'r nefoedd fry;

Yna canu byth a wnawn
Am Galfaria, am yr Iawn,
Am yr iachawdwriaeth lawn;

  Iesu cu! gwrando ni,
  Gwared, Arglwydd Iesu.

God the Father who art in heaven,
God the Son who art with him,
God the Spirit, hear our cry;

  Dear Jesus, listen to us!
  Deliver, Lord Jesus.

O Jesus, found in the manger,
Thou camest for our sake poor,
God and Man to us as a Brother;

Thou wast here very lowly,
Still spreading grace and gift
From the treasures of heaven fully;

O Jesus, who shall expound thy age,
The enormous depth of the anguish of death,
And the great glory of thy cross?

Thou didst overcome the world,
    and great hell,
Before thou didst leave earth below:
Higher than heaven art thou now.

Lord Jesus, let us
Be thine own forever,
Let us come to heaven above;

There sing forever we shall
About Calvary, about the Atonement,
About the full salvation;

  Dear Jesus, listen to us!
  Deliver, Lord Jesus.
