Darparwyd iachawdwriaeth rad,
  Ddigonol i bob rhai;
Agorwyd ffynon er lanhad
  Pob pechod cas a bai.

Gorphenwyd ar Galfaria fryn
  Yr iachawdwriaeth fawr;
Cyhoedder y newyddion hyn
  O gwmpas daear lawr.

Mae wyneb iachawdwriaeth gras
  Ar holl drigolion byd;
Doed dynol ryw i brofi blas,
  A rhinwedd hon i gyd.

A free salvation was prepared,
  Sufficient for everyone;
A fountain was opened for cleansing
  Of every hateful sin and fault.

Finished on Calvary's hill was
  The great salvation;
This news is to be announced
  Around the earth below.

The face of the salvation of grace is
  Over all the inhabitants of the world;
Let human-kind come to experience a taste,
  And this virtue all together.
