Daw tyrfa'n iach i'r nefoedd

(Plant yr adgyfodiad)
Daw tyrfa'n iach i'r nefoedd
  O deithio'r anial blin,
O ganol maith dymhestloedd
  I hafaidd dyner hîn;
Wrth lanio'n nhir y gwynfyd,
  Daw Duw i'w cwrddyd hwy,
Yn swyn ei wenau hyfryd
  Nis gallant farw mwy!

Mae marw ar y ddaear
  Yn chwerwi pob mwynhad
Fe droir y gân yn alar
  I deulu'r anial wlad!
Ond wedi cyrhaedd Canaan,
  Diangol ydynt hwy,
Y'n hinsawdd Duw ei hunan
  Nis gallant farw mwy!

Ni chyrhaedd awel angeu
  Hyd gyrion dinas Duw,
Ni threiddia drwy ororau
  Y wlad o burdeb byw;
Ni ddaw byth gwmwl adfyd
  A'i gysgod drostynt hwy,
O deulu glan y gwynfyd!
  Nis gallant farw mwy!

Mae bywyd yma'n ddefnyn
  Ond yno'n fôr fe fydd,
Ceir yma'r gwan belydryn
  Ceir yno'r perffaith ddydd.
Mae hiraeth arnom weithiau
  Am gyrhaedd gwlad ddiglwy,
A chyfarch gwawr y boreu -
  Nas gallwn farw mwy!

(The children of the resurrection)
A multitude will come safely to heaven
  From traveling the wearisome desert,
From the midst of great tempests
  To gentle summer weather;
On landing in the land of blessedness,
  God shall come to meet them,
In the charm of his lovely smiles
  They cannot die any more!

Dying on the earth
  Makes bitter every enjoyment
The song is turned to mourning
  For the family of the desert land!
But after reaching Canaan,
  Undying shall they be,
In the climate of God himself
  They cannot die any more!

The breezes of death shall not reach
  As far as the corners of the city of God,
It will not penetrate the borders
  Of the land of living purity;
The cloud of adversity shall not bring
  Its shadow over them,
From the holy family of the blessed
  They cannot die any more!

Life here is a droplet
  But there a sea it shall be,
Here there is a weak ray
  There there shall be the perfect day.
Sometimes we have a longing
  To reach the disease-free land,
And greet the dawn of the morning -
  We cannot die any more!
