Dduw Iôr ein tadau, nefol Dad,
O achub a sancteiddia'n gwlad;
  Cysegra'n dyheadau ni
  I geisio dy ogoniant di.

Ein twr a'n tarian ar ein taith
A'n t'wysog fuost oesoedd maith;
  Rhoist yn ein calon ddwyfol dân
  Ac yn ein genau nefol gân.

O atal rwysg ein gwamal fryd
A gwared ni rhag twyll y byd;
  Â'th ras, ein calon cadarnha,
  A dyro brawf o'th 'wyllys da.

O Ysbryd Glân, na foed i ni
Oleuni ond d'oleuni di,
  Ac arwain bobloedd yn gytun
  I ogoneddu Mab y Dyn.

O na chaem weld y rhyfedd ddydd
I ninnau fynd o'n rhwymau'n rhydd
  Ac uno gyda nef a llawr
  Ym moliant ei ddyrchafael mawr.

Lord God of our fathers, heavenly Father,
O save and sanctify our land;
  Consecrate our longings
  To seek thy glory.

Our tower and our shield on our journey
And our leader wast for long ages;
  Thou didst put in our heart divine fire
  And in our mouths a heavenly song.

O stop the ostentation of our fickle intent
And save us from the deception of the world
  By thy grace, establish our hearts,
  And give us proof of thy good will.

O Holy Spirit, let there not be for us
Any light but thy light,
  And lead peoples in agreement
  To glorify the Son of Man.

O may we get to see the wonderful day
For us to go free from our bonds
  And unite with heaven and earth
  In praise of his great exaltation.
