Dewch frodyr un fryd

1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9;  1+2, (4+5), 6+7, 8+9.
(Teilwng yw'r Oen)
  Dewch, frodyr, un fryd,
  Moliannwn ynghyd
Ein Priod a'n Prynwr,
  Iachawdwr y byd:

  Ein swydd a fydd sôn
  Am gariad yr Oen,
A ddygodd ein penyd,
  Oddefodd ein poen.

  Yr Oen fydd ein cân,
  Fe safodd o'n bla'n,
A'i ras fe'n attaliodd, -
  Fe'n tynodd o'r tân;

  Duw mawr ydoedd E',
  Yr Arglwydd o'r ne',
A ddaeth fel Oen llariaidd
  I farw yn ein lle.

  Tra byddom ni fyw,
  Ein dyled ni yw
Mynegi rhinweddau
  A doniau Mab Duw.

  Fe ddaeth yn Ŵr tlawd,
  Fe gymerth ein cnawd,
I fod yn Waredwr
  I ni, ac yn Frawd;

  Llu nefoedd a llawr,
  Moliennwch E'n awr,
Am roi, dros ei ddefaid,
  Ei fywyd i lawr.

  Fe ddygodd trwy'i waed
  Dragwyddol ryddhad
I hen garcharorion
  Yn gaethion a gaed:

  I'r bywyd fe'n dwg
  O gyrraedd pob drwg,
Er maint yw dichellion
  Gelynion, a'u gwg.
A ddygodd :: Fe ddug ef
Fe ddygodd :: Ennillodd

Tonau [5565D]:
Cysur (Thomas Price 1809-92)
Taliesin (W Matthews 1759-1830)

(Worthy is the Lamb)
  Come, brothers, of one intent
  Let us praise together
Our Husband and Redeemer,
  The Saviour of the world:

  Our job shall be to sound
  For love of the Lamb,
Who bore our penance,
  Who endured our grief.

  The Lamb shall be our song,
  He stood before us,
With his grace he halted us, -
  He pulled us from the fire;

  Great God was He,
  The Lord of heaven,
Who came like a gentle Lamb
  To die in our place.

  While we live,
  Our duty is
To express the merits
  And gifts of the Son of God.

  He came as a poor Man,
  He took our flesh,
To be a Deliverer
  To us, and a Brother;

  Ye host of heaven and earth,
  Praise Him now,
For laying, for his sheep,
  His life down.

  He brought through his blood
  Eternal freedom
To old prisoners
  Who were taken captive:

  To the life he had brought us
  From the reach of every evil,
Though great are the deceptions
  Of enemies, and their scorn.
::
He brought :: He won
