Draw mi welaf ryfeddodau
Draw rhyfeddod rhyfeddodau

1,(2,(3,4)).
(Bwriad grasol Duw)
Draw mi welaf ryfeddodau
  Dyfnion bethau Tri yn Un;
Cyn bod Eden ardd na chodwm,
  Grasol fwriad Duw
      at ddyn:
Ethol Meichiau
    cyn bod dyled,
  Trefnu Meddyg
      cyn bod clwy',
Caru gelyn heb un haeddiant -
  Caiff y clod tragwyddol mwy.

O dragwyddol iachawdwriaeth,
  Yn yr arfaeth gafodd le,
I godi i fynu blant marwolaeth,
  I etifeddiaeth bur y Ne';
Cariad boreu
    mor ddiddechreu,
  Ag yw hanfod Tri yn Un,
Yn cofleidio meibion Adda,
  Yn yr Alpha mawr ei hun.

Yn lle damnio pentewynion,
  Haeddodd fod yn uffern dân;
Gwisg a gwledd sydd
    i'r afradlon,
  Bellach noethion
      seiniwn gân,
Y marw yn derbyn bywyd yma,
  Wele ff ynnon i'w lanhâu,
Ffordd dragwyddol râd i faddeu,
  Cyfoeth Meichai i'w ryddhau.

Dyma'r lle i farweiddio pechod,
  Byw tan gysgod Crist
      a'i groes;
Yna derfydd caru sorod,
  Cael profi cymmod
      angeu loes:
Rhyw gofleidio Crist, ac wylo,
  Dyfal deithio tua'r wlad,
Lle mae cariad yn preswylio,
  Hedd tragwyddol ei barhad.

(The gracious purpose of God)
Yonder I see the wonders
  Of the deep things of Three in One;
Before Eden garden was or a fall,
  The gracious intention of God
      towards man:
The election of a Surety
    before there was a debt,
  The ordaining of a Physician
      before there was a sickness,
Love of an enemy without any merit -
  Shall get the eternal esteem evermore.

O eternal salvation,
  In the scheme got a place,
To raise up the children of mortality,
  To the pure inheritance of Heaven;
Love of a morning
    so much without beginning,
  As is the essence of Three in One,
Embracing the sons of Adam,
  In the great Alpha himself.

Instead of condemning firebrands,
  Which deserved to be in hell fire;
Clothing and a feast there is
    for the prodigal,
  Henceforth, naked ones,
      let us sound a song,
The dead receiving life here,
  See a well for their cleansing,
A free, eternal way to forgive,
  The wealth of a Surety to free them.

Here is the place to mortify sin,
  To live under the shadow of Christ
      and his cross;
There loving dross will cease,
  To get to experience the reconciliation
      of the throes of death:
Some embracing of Christ, and weeping,
  Determined journeying towards the land,
Where the is love dwelling,
  Peace of eternal endurance.
I see the wonders :: the wonder of wonders
The deep things :: The deep counsel
without any merit :: without any cause
::
