Duw tirion atat Ti (Dyrchafaf fi fy llygaid)

(SALM CXXIII)
Duw tirion atat Ti
  Dyrchafaf fi fy llygaid,
Yr Hwn wyt ar Dy orsedd gref
  O fewn y nef fendigaid.

Fel gweision yn ddibaid
  Ar feistriaid â'u golygon,
Mae'n golwg oll ar Dduw heb gêl,
  Nes yr ymwêl a Sion.

Duw, wrthym trugarhâ,
  A llawnhâ'n calonau;
Gan ddyfod i'n gwaredu'n rhwydd
  Rhag gw'radwydd dirmygiadau.
Thomas Williams (Eos y Mynydd) c.1769-1848

Tôn [MBC 6787]: Meirion (M Pughe)

(Psalm 123)
Gentle God to Thee
  I raise my eyes,
That One who art on thy firm throne
  Within the blessed heaven.

Like servants unceasingly
  With their gaze upon the masters,
My gaze is all on God openly,
  Until visiting Zion.

God, upon us have mercy,
  And cheer our hearts;
By coming to set us free
  From the shame of slightings.
