Fy unig Dduw ydyw fy mhlaid

1,(2),3.
(Salm 62 - Dysgwyl wrth Dduw)
Fy unig Dduw ydyw fy mhlaid,
  Mae f'enaid yn ei ddysgwyl;
O hono ef, a thrwy ei rym,
  Daw iechyd im' o'm hanhwyl.

Yn Nuw yn unig mae i gyd,

  Fy iechyd a'm gogoniant;

Fy Nghraig yw, a'm Cadernid maith,

  A'm gobaith yn ddilysiant.

Gobeithiwch ynddo, ger ei fron
  Tywelltwch galon berffaith;
Ac ymddiriedwch tra fo ch' byw,
  A d'wedwch, "Duw yw 'ngobaith."

(Psalm 62 - Waiting for God)
My only God is portion,
  My soul is waiting for him;
From him, and through his force,
  Comes health to me from my beloved.

In God alone is altogether,

  My health and my glory;

My Rock he is, and my extensive Security,

  And my hope constantly.

Hope ye in him, before him
  Pour out a perfect heart;
And trust while ever ye live,
  And say, "God is my hope."
tr. 2016 Richard B Gillion
(PSAL. LXII.)
1 My soul for help on God relies,
    from him alone my safety flows;
2 My rock; my health, that strength supplies,
    to bear the shock of all my foes.

5 But thou, my soul, on God rely;
    on him alone thy trust repose;
6 My rock and health will strength supply
    to bear the shock of all my foes.

7 God does his saving health dispense,
    and flowing blessings daily send;
  He is my fortress and defence,
    on him my soul shall still depend.

8 In him, ye people, always trust,
    before his throne pour out your hearts;
  For God, the merciful and just,
    his timely aid to us imparts.
