Geidwad, megis bugail tyner,
  Edrych ar ein gwendid ni,
Dwg ni i borfeydd dy gariad,
  Ac i'th gorlan dawel Di;
    Anwyl Iesu,
  Prynaist ni
        â'th werthfawr waed.

Arwain ni ar hyd y llwybrau,
  Lle mae pleser ar y daith;
Cadw'r gelyn rhag ein difa,
  Dwg ni o'r anialwch maith;
    Anwyl Iesu,
  Gwrando'n gweddi - cofia ni.

Ti addewaist roi derbynaid
  I rai euog fel nyni;
O'th dosturi a'th drugaredd,
  Dwg ni adref atat Ti;
    Anwyl Iesu,
  Cei y mawl
        yn nef y nef.

Saviour, like a tender shepherd,
  Look upon our weakness,
Bring us to the pastures of thy love,
  And to Thy quiet sheepfolk;

  Thou didst redeem us
        with thy precious blood.

Lead us along the paths,
  Where there is pleasure on the journey;
Keep the enemy from destroying us,
  Bring us from the vast desert;

  Hear our prayer - remember us.

Thou didst promise to give acceptance
  To guilty ones like us;
Of thy pity and thy mercy,
  Bring us home to Thee;
    Dear Jesus,
  Thou shalt get the praise.
        in the heaven of heaven.

Saviour, like a shepherd lead us,
  Much we need Thy tender care;
In Thy pleasant pastures feed us,
  For our use Thy folds prepare.

  Thou hast bought us,
        Thine we are.

We are Thine, Thou dost befriend us,
  Be the guardian of our way;
Keep Thy flock, from sin defend us,
  Seek us when we go astray.
