Iesu, 'r pur oleuni,
Rhoddwr pob daioni,
  Yn dy gysgod tyner
  Rhodiwn yn ddibryder.

Iesu, 'r bywyd helaeth,
Ffynnon iachawdwriaeth,
  Trech wyt ti na'n gwendid,
  Ynot mae ein gwyfyd.

Iesu, gobaith daear,
'R Hwn sydd oll yn hawddgar,
  Gennyt mae'r gwirionedd
  Ddwg i ni dangnefedd.

Iesu, 'r perffaith gariad,
Gyfaill plant a'u Ceidwad,
  Gwrando gri ein calon
  Yn dy nef yr awron.

Pan ddêl diwedd dyddiau,
Pan ddiffodda'n horiau,
  Iesu'r galon gynnes,
  Cymer ni i'th fynwes.

Jesus, the pure light,
The giver of all goodness,
  In thy thy tender shadow
  We walk without fear.

Jesus, the generous life,
The fount of salvation,
  Mightier art thou than our weakness,
  In thee is our blessedness.

Jesus, the hope of the earth,
Thou who art altogether beautiful,
  With thee is the truth
  That brings peace to us.

Jesus, the perfect love,
The friend of children and their Saviour,
  Listen to the cry of our heart
  In thy heaven now.

When the end of days comes,
When our hours extinguish,
  Jesus the warm heart,
  Take us to thy breast.
