Iesu Ceidwad pechaduriaid

1,2,(3,4).
Iesu Ceidwad pechaduriaid
  Rhof fy enaid yn dy law,
Trugarha wrth wael bererin
  'Fu'n cyrwydro yma a thraw:
Dwg fi o'r tywyllwch du-dew
  Dwg fi i'r sancteiddiol dir
Dwg fi i adnabyddiaeth goleu,
  O'th gyflawn iachawdwriaeth bûr.

Ni welai'r nefoedd
    heb sancteiddrwydd
  Y pûr galon welant Dduw;
Danghosaist i mi'r angenrheidrwydd,
  Fy adnewyddu yn nhir y byw:
Profi gwir adenedigaeth,
  Dymunai f'enaid ar y llawr,
Effeithiau'r dwyfol brynedigaeth,
  Trwy rinwedd gwaed
      fy Arglwydd mawr.

Iesu danfon pûr ddiddanwch
  Dy lân Yspryd nefol wlith,
Dyro i mi wir ddedwyddwch
  I gartrefu ynnof byth:
Y sanctaidd dân a'r bywyd dwyfol,
  A ddisgnno oddi fry,
I greu fy nghalon oll o'r newydd
  Fel teml lân i'm Harglwydd cu.

Boed im' ddwyn ryw nefol ffrwythau,
  O gyfiawnder er dy glôd,
Planna ynnof bob rhinweddau,
  I'th glodfori tan y rhôd;
Yn dy ras boed im' gynhyddu
  Mewn ffydd a chariad gwir o hyd,
Nes fy nhaith i mi ddibennu
  Am derbyn mewn
      i'r nefol fyd.

Tôn [8787D]: Diniweidrwydd (alaw Gymreig)

gwelir: Iesu danfon bûr ddiddanwch

Jesus, Saviour of sinners,
  I put my soul in thy hand,
Have mercy on a poor pilgrim
  Who was wandering here and there:
Draw me from the thick-black darkness
  Draw me to the sacred land
Draw me to the recognition of light,
  By thy pure, full salvation.

I would not see heaven
    without sanctification
  'Tis the pure of heart who see God;
Thou didst show to me the necessity
  Of my renewal in the land of the living:
To experience true regeneration,
  My soul would wish on the earth,
The effects of the divine redemption,
  Through the merit of the blood
      of my great Lord.

Jesus, send the pure comfort
  Of thy holy Spirit of heavenly dew,
Give to me true happiness
  To make a home in me forever:
May the sacred fire and the divine life,
  Descend from above,
To create all my heart anew
  Like a holy temple to my dear Lord.

May I bear some heavenly fruits,
  Of righteousness to thy praise,
Plant in me every virtue,
  To extol thee under the firmament;
In thy grace may I be growing
  In faith and true love always,
Until my journey comes to an end for me
  And I am received into
      the heavenly world.
