Iesu yw difyrrwch f'oes

Iesu yw difyrrwch f'oes,
  Yn fy mlinfyd;
Ac ymffrostiaf yn ei groes
  dros fy mywyd;
Dan ei gysgod, nos a dydd,
  Gwnaf fy nhrigfa;
Fy nhŵr cadarn hefyd fydd:
  Haleliwia.

Iesu a'i gyfiawnder Ef
  Yw fy mywyd;
Fe'm cymhwysa i deyrnas nef
  Trwy ei Ysbryd;
Golchir fi o'm pen i'm traed
  Fel yr eira,
Trwy rinweddau dwyfol waed:
  Haleliwia.

Mae fy Mhrynwr heddiw'n fyw,
  Ac yn eiriol;
Sail eiriolaeth drosof yw
  Iawn digonol;
Ei waith ynof yn y man
  A berffeithia:
Gorfoleddaf yn fy rhan —
  Halelwia.

Jesus is the pleasure of my life,
  In my tribulation;
And I will boast in his cross
  Throughout my life;
Under his shadow, night and day,
  I will make my home;
My strong tower also he will be:
  Hallelujah.

Jesus and His righteousness
  Are my life;
He makes me fit for kingdom of heaven
  Through his Spirit;
I am washed from my head to my feet
  Like the snow,
Through the virtues of divine blood:
  Hallelujah.

My Redeemer lives today,
  And is interceding;
The basis of intercession for me is
  Sufficient atonement;
His work in me soon
  He will perfect:
I will praise for my part -
  Hallelujah.
