Iôr sancteiddia fy nhrallodion

Iôr sancteiddia fy nhrallodion,
  Gwna'm gofidiau'n ffordd i'r nef;
Tỳn fi'n rhydd o bob pryderon,
  Cadw fi'n y storom gref:
Treulio'm hoes wrth y groes
Ddaw â bendith o bob loes.

Ennill Di fy myfyrdodau
  A'm meddyliau, bob yr un;
Dychwel f'enaid o'i grwydriadau
  Beunydd, atat Ti Dy hun:
Cadw'm hoes wrth y groes,
Yna canaf dan bob loes.

Lord, sanctify my afflictions,
  Make my griefs a road to heaven;
Draw me free from all worries,
  Keep me in the strong storm:
Spending my days by the cross
Brings a blessing from all anguish.

Win Thou my meditations
  And my thoughts, every one;
Bring back my soul from its daily
  Wanderings, to Thee Thyself:
Keep my life by thy cross,
There I shall sing under every anguish.
