Mae cariad Crist uwchlaw pob dawn

1,2,3,(4).
(Cariad Crist)
Mae cariad Crist uwchlaw pob dawn;
  Pwy ŵyr ei lawn derfynau?
Ni chenfydd llygad cerub craff,
  Na seraph, ei fesurau.

Mae hyd a lled ei gariad Ef
  Uwch nef y nef yn llifo;
A dyfnach yw na llygredd dyn,
  Heb drai na therfyn arno.

Mae'r hyd, a'r lled, a'r dyfnder maith,
  Mewn perffaith gydweithrediad,
I'w gwel'd yn amlwg ar y bryn,
  A'r gwaed yn llyn o gariad.

Y cariad oedd er cyn creu dyn,
  Erioed heb un dechreuad,
Sydd yn dragwyddol i barhau,
  A'i ddyddiau heb ddiweddiad.

(The love of Christ)
The love of Christ is above every gift;
  Who knows its full limits?
No eye of a perceptive cherub or seraph
  Shall find its measures.

The length and breadth of His love is
  Above the heaven of heaven flowing;
And deeper it is than man's corruption,
  With no ebbing or limit to it.

The length and the breadth and the vast depth are
  In perfect cooperation,
To be seen obviously on the hill,
  And the blood as a lake of love.

The love which was since the creation of man,
  Ever without any beginning,
Is eternally to continue,
  And its days without end.
