Mae'r nefoedd a'r ffurfafen,
  A'u lluoedd oll i gyd,
Yn unol yn llefaru
  Wrth bawb trwy gỳrau'r byd,
Am Dduw, yr achos cyntaf
  O bob rhyw sylwedd sydd,
Heb flino na dystewi
  Un fynyd nos na dydd.

Heaven and the firmament,
  With all their hosts altogether,
Are uniting in telling
  Everyone throughout the world's corners,
About God, the first cause
  Of every kind of substance there is,
Without tiring or falling silent
  For a minute, night or day.
