Mewn cof o'th aberth wele ni,
  O! Iesu, 'n cydnesáu;
Un teulu ydym ynot Ti,
  I'th garu a'th fwynhau.

Dy gariad Di dy Hun yw'r wledd -
  Ni welwyd cariad mwy;
Ffynhonnau o dragwyddol hedd
  A dardd o'th farwol glwy'.

Er mwyn y gras a ddaeth i ni
  O'th ddwyfol aberth drud,
Gwna'n cariad fel dy gariad Di,
  I gynnwys yr holl fyd.

Gwna'r teulu oll sydd ar y llawr,
  Fel teulu'r nef yn un:
A selia ninnau yma'n awr
  Yn eiddo i Ti dy Hun.

In memory of thy sacrifice see us,
  O Jesus, drawing near together;
On family are we in thee,
  To love thee and to enjoy thee.

Thine own love is the the feast -
  No greater love was seen;
Springs of eternal peace
  Issue from thy mortal wound.

For the sake of the grace which came to us
  From thy costly divine sacrifice,
Make our love like thy love,
  To include the whole world.

Make all the family on earth below,
  Like the family of heaven, one:
And seal us here now
  As thine own possession.

Remembering your death for us,
  O Jesus, see us here;
One family in you alone,
  As we in faith draw near.

We feast upon your love, no less,
  No greater love we see
Than that which purchased peace with heaven,
  And flows from Calvary.

God's riches bought at your expense,
  Grace flooding heart and mind;
May we, like your redeeming love,
  Embrace all humankind.

  Like that in heaven above:
Come seal our union in your praise,
  Forever yours in love.
