Mae udgorn/utgorn efengyl yn seinio

(Udgorn Hedd)
Mae udgorn efengyl yn seinio,
  Mae dynion yn deffro bob dydd;
O'r rhai ga'dd gan bechod eu rhwymo
  Mae llawer yn rhodio yn rhydd:
Ar arfau'r filwriaeth ysbrydol
  Mae llwydd anarferol i fod;
O diolch am gadarn Waredydd!
  Fe genir drwy'r
      gwledydd Ei glod.

O henffych i'r bore sy'n agos,
  O deued heb aros i ben!
Goleuni'r cenhedloedd fydd Iesu,
  Yn hyfryd lewyrchu heb lén.
Ei 'nabod yn Arglywdd y lluoedd
  Ddwg hedd i holl
      bobloedd y byd:-
I'r Hwn sydd yn deilwng o'r moliant
  Bo'r clod ar gogoniant i gyd!

(Trumpet of Peace)
A gospel trumpet is sounding,
  Men are waking every day;
Of those who got bound by sin
  There are many walking free:
On the arms of spiritual soldiery
  There is unusual success to be:
O thanks for a firm Deliverer!
  To be sung through the
      lands is His praise.

O hail to the morning which is near,
  O may it come without waiting to pass!
The light of the nations shall be Jesus,
  Delightfull shining without a curtain.
Knowing him as the Lord of hosts
  Brings peace to all
      the peoples of the world:-
To Him who is worthy of the praise
  Be all the acclaim and the glory!
tr. 2016 Richard B Gillion
