Mynnwn chwifio'r faner

Mynnwn chwifio'r faner,
  Blant yr Ysgol Sul,
Cerddwn oll bob amser,
  Hyd y llwybr cul;
Hardd yw gweled blodau
  Gylch y llwybr llon,
Drwyddo cawn ni wenau
  Crist o fewn y fron.

    Chwifiwn ein baneri,
      Ar bob bryn a phant;
    Rhoddwn glod i'r Iesu,
      Ni y tyner blant.

Byddwn oll yn ffyddlon
  I'r hen Ysgol fad,
Boed yn bur ein calon
  Er cael gweld ein Tad;
A chawn wedyn glywed
  Holl gyfrinach Duw,
Bydd yn hawddach cerdded
  Ffyrdd y nef wrth fyw.

Caru mae yr Iesu
  Blant yr ysgol wen, -
Erddynt bu yn gwaedu
  Ar y garw bren;
Teilwng yw o'n bywyd
  Am Ei Aberth drud;
Gweithiwn drosto'n ddiwyd
  Er gwaredu'r byd.

Tôn [6565D+6565D]: Glyndwr (1920 Dan Roberts)

Let us insist on waving the flag,
  Children of the Sunday School,
Let us all walk, all the time,
  Along the narrow path;
Beautiful it is to see flowers
  Around the cheerful path,
Through it we get the smiles
  Of Christ within the breast.

    Let us waves our flags,
      On every hill and hollow;
    Let us render praise to Jesus,
      We the tender children.

Let us all be faithful
  To the old, virtuous School,
Let our heart be pure
  In order to get to see our Father;
And we will then get to hear
  All the mystery of God,
It will be easier to walk
  The ways of heaven while living.

Loving is Jesus
  The children of the bright School, -
For their sakes he bled
  On the rough tree;
Worthy is he of our life
  For His costly Sacrifice;
Let us work for him devotedly
  In order to deliver the world.
tr. 2016 Richard B Gillion
