O am gael golwg newydd
  Ar gyrrau'r hyfryd wlad,
Lle tyfa pren y bywyd
  A ffrwythau cariad rhad:
Mae yno bob danteithion
  I lonni'r clwyfus rai,
A chroeso iddynt wledda,
  Er cymaint yw eu bai.

Mae weithiau ar fy enaid
  Ryw chwant i ddod yn rhydd,
Yn debyg i'm holl frodyr
  Sydd wedi cario'r dydd;
Ar ddisglair wedd fy Mhriod,
  Heb bechod, briw na phoen,
Yn canu mewn gogonedd,
  Am rinwedd gwaed yr Oen.

O to get a new view
  Upon the borders of the delightful land,
Where the tree of life grows
  With fruits of free love:
All dainties are there
  To cheer those who are wounded,
And a welcome for them to feast,
  Despite how great is their fault.

Sometimes there is upon my soul
  Some desire to come free,
Like all my brother
  Who have carried the day;
In the radiant likeness of my Spouse,
  Without sin, bruise or pain,
Singing in glory,
  About the merit of the blood of the Lamb.
