O Arglwydd nef tir môr a'u llu

O Lord of heav'n and earth and sea

(Cynhaeaf)
O! Arglwydd nef, tir,
    môr, a'u llu,
I Ti bo mawl pob enaid cu;
Pa fath gydnabod
    wnawn i Ti,
  A roddaist oll.

Tywyniad haul, ac awel bur,
Y blodau teg, a
   ffrwyth ein tir,
Dy gariad draethwn ninnau'n wir,
  A roddaist oll.

Am gartref clyd, a hawddfyd mawr,
Ac am bob bendith daear lawr,
Haeddiannol wyt o'n clod bob awr,
  A roddiast oll.

Am faddau bai, am garu'n rhad,
Am foddion gras,
    am nefol wlad,
Pa beth rown it,
    O! dirion Dad,
  A roddaist oll.

Pa echwyn bynnag rown i Ti,
Yn ddengmil telir 'n ôl i ni;
Yn awr yn llawen rhown i Ti,
  A roddaist oll.

O'th dadol law derbyniwn ni
Fendithion bywyd fyrdd, heb ri';
O! am gael byw byth gyda Thi,
   A roddaist oll.

Tôn [8884]: Almsgiving (John B Dykes 1823-76)

(Harvest)
O Lord of heaven, land,
    sea and their host,
To thee be the praise of every dear soul;
What sort of acknowledgement
    shall we make to thee,
  Who gavest all?

The sun's shining, and the pure breeze,
The fair flowers, and the
    fruits of our land,
Thy love we also expound truly,
  Who gavest all.

For a cosy home, and great prosperity,
And for every blessing of earth below,
Thou art worthy of our acclaim every hour,
  Who gavest all.

For forgiving sin, for loving graciously,
For the means of grace,
    for a heavenly country,
What shall we give to thee,
    O tender Father,
  Who gavest all?

Whatever we lend to thee,
Ten thousand-fold is paid back to us;
Now cheerfully we give to thee,
  Who gavest all.

From thy fatherly hand we receive
A myriad blessings of life, without number;
O to get to live with thee!
  Who gavest all.
tr. 2020 Richard B Gillion

O Lord of Heav’n and
    earth and sea,
To Thee all praise and glory be;
How shall we show our
    love to Thee,
  Who givest all?

The golden sunshine, vernal air,
Sweet flowers and fruits,
    Thy love declare;
Where harvests ripen, Thou art there,
  Who givest all.

For peaceful homes and healthful days,
For all the blessings earth displays,
We owe Thee thankfulness and praise,
  Who givest all.

For souls redeemed, for sins forgiv’n,
For means of grace and
    hopes of Heav’n,
Father, all praise
    to Thee be giv’n,
  Who givest all.

Whatever, Lord, we lend to Thee,
Repaid a thousand-fold will be;
Then gladly will we give to Thee
  Who givest all.

To Thee, from whom we all derive
Our life, our gifts, our power to give:
O may we ever with Thee live,
  Who givest all.
