O ddedwydd ddydd! pan gefais Di,
Fy Iesu'n fythol ran i mi;
  Hawdd gallaf mwy yn llawen fod,
  Ac yn mhob man ledaenu'th glod.

    Ddedwydd ddyd! ddedwydd ddydd!
    Pan wnaeth yr Iesu fi yn rhydd;
    Fe ddysgodd imi weddi'r ffydd,
    A'r modd i lawen fyw bob dydd.

    Pan wnaeth yr Iesu fi yn rhydd.

Mae'r Iesu'n eiddo imi'n awr,
A minau'n eiddo Iesu mawr:
  Fe'm tynodd â'i drugaredd gref,
  A thrwy fy oes dilynaf Ef.

Fy nghalon wan, gorphwysa'n awr,
A'th bwys yn llwyr ar Iesu mawr;
  Heb grwydro mwy oddiwrtho Ef
  Sydd yn dy ddwyn
      i deyrnas nef.

O happy day, when Thou didst get,
