O Dduw bendithia'r had,
   A hauwyd yma'n awr;
Boed iddo oll mewn daear dda,
  Gael wereiddio'n ddwfn i lawr;
Rho iddo'r nefol wres,
  A'r tyner wlith a'r gwlaw,
Fel byddo'u tyfu fyny'n gwnwd,
  Toreithiog maes o law.

Na foed i'r gelyn ddyn,
   Hau efrau yn y tir;
Ond boed y maes gobeithiol hwn
  Yn wyn o wenith pur;
Fel byddo'r hwn sy'n hau,
  A'r hwn sy'n medi'r yd,
Pan ddaw'r cynhauf oll i mewn,
  Gael llwenychu'n nghyd.

O God bless the see,
  That is sowed here now;
Let it all in good earth,
  Get rooted deep down;
Give it the heavenly warmth,
  And the gentle dew and the rain,
That its crop may grow up
  Abundantly soon.

Do not let the enemy of man,
  Sow darnel in the land;
But let this hopeful field be
  White with pure wheat;
That the one who sows,
  And the one who reaps the corn,
When all the harvest comes in,
  May get to rejoice together.
