O fewn yr Arch yn dawel

(Noah yn yr Arch)
O fewn yr arch yn dawel,
  Mae Nöe heb hwyl na llyw,
A'r ddaear oll yn ddiluw -
  Ei gadben ydyw Duw.
Y byd yn boddi dano,
  Dan ddwyfol ddig y Nen,
A'r holl fynyddoedd uchel
  A'r dyfroedd dros eu pen.

    Os yn yr arch yr ydym,
      Er bod heb hwyl,
          na llyw,
    Ni ganwn yn y diluw,
      Ein cadben ydyw Duw.

'Does neb ond Nöe a'i deulu
  I lenwi ddaear mwy;
Mae myrdd o ddoeth gynlluniau
  Ynglŷn â'u cadw hwy;
Mae Bethle'm fach, a'i Baban,
  A marw Calfari,
Yn troi ar gadw Noah
  A'i deulu yn y lli'.

Yn arwydd fod y diluw,
  A'i ddyddiau'n dod i ben,
Daeth deilen olewydden
  Ym mhig y g'lomen wèn;
Yr Arglwydd Dduw a gofiodd
  Ei hen gyfamod hedd,
A chofiodd Noah'n raslawn
  Uwch ben y dyfrllyd fedd.

Tôn [7676T]: Noah yn yr Arch (L J Roberts)

(Noah in the Ark)
Within the ark quietly,
  Is Noah without sail or helm,
And all the earth as a deluge -
  His captain is God.
The world drowning below him,
  Under the divine wrath of Heaven,
And all the high mountains
  With the waters over their head.

    If in the ark we are,
      Despite being without sail,
          or helm,
    We shall sing in the deluge,
      Our captain is God.

There is no-one but Noah and his family
  To fill the earth any more;
There are a myriad of wise plans
  To do with keeping them;
Little Bethlehem is, and its Baby,
  And the death of Calvary,
Turning on keeping Noah
  And his family in the flood.

As a sing that the deluge,
  And its days are coming to pass,
The leaf of an olive tree came
  In the beak of the white dove;
The Lord God has remembered
  His old covenant of peace,
And he remembered Noah graciously
  Above the watery grave.
