O Iesu, gwyddost am bob loes
O Fethlehem i fryn y groes;
  Yr wyt yn cofio yn y nef
  Am danom ymhob 'storom gref;
Tydi fu gynt ar Galfari,
Barhei i gydymddŵyn a ni.

Tydi, yr Hwn a bïau'r ne',
Yn D'ymyl dyro i ni le:
  Nid ofnwn ei disgleirdeb hi
  Ond bod yn agos atat Ti;
Diolchwn mewn tragwyddol hoen
Mae ei goleuni hi wy'r Oen.

O Jesus, thou knowest about every anguish
From Bethlehem to the hill of the cross;
  Thou art remembering in heaven
  About us in every strong storm;
Thou who wast once on Calvary,
Continue to bear with us.

Thou, who possessest heaven,
At thy side give to us a place:
  We shall not fear its radiance
  Only to be near to thee;
We shall give thanks in eternal joy
Its light is the Lamb.
