O tyred i'n hiachâu

(Gweddi am Sancteiddiad)
O tyred i'n hiachâu,
  Garedig Ysbryd;
Tydi sy'n esmwythâu
  Blinderau bywyd:
Er dyfned yw y loes,
Er trymed yw y groes,
Dŵg ni bob dydd o'n hoes
  Yn nes i'r gwynfyd.

O tyred i fywhâu
  Y rhai drylliedig,
Tydi sy'n cadarnhâu
  Y gorsen ysig;
Pan fyddo'r storom gref
Yn llanw'r byd a'r nef,
Dy air a'th hyfryd lef
  Wna'r gwynt yn ddiddig.

O tyred i'n glanhâu
  O bob anwiredd,
Rhag cael y drws ynghau
  Pan ddelo'r diwedd;
Gwasgara ofnau'r bedd,
A dŵg ni ar dy wedd
I breswylfeydd dy hedd
  Uwchlaw pob llygredd.

(Prayer for Sanctification)
O come to heal us,
  Loving Spirit;
'Tis thou who dost ease
  The griefs of life:
Despite how deep is the anguish,
Despite how heavy is the cross,
Lead us every day of our lifespan
  Nearer to the blessedness.

O come to enliven
  The broken,
'Tis thou who does strengthen
  To bruised reed;
whenever the storm be strong
Flooding the world and heaven,
Thy word and thy deligtful call
  Makes the wind calm.

O come to cleanse us
  From all untruth,
Lest we find the door closed
  When the end comes;
Dispel the fears of the grave,
And lead us in thy image
To the dwelling-places of thy peace
  Above all corruption.
