O dirion Iesu annwyl wyt i mi

(Dymuniad Plentyn)
O! dirion Iesu,
    annwyl wyt i mi,
Gwrando mae dy galon
    ar fy egwan gri,
  Nertha 'nhraed i gerdded
      yn dy gamau Di,
  Gwna fi'n blentyn ufudd,
      ufudd fel Tydi.

O! sanctaidd Iesu,
    gwna fi'n wyn a glân,
Canna enaid aflan
    fel yr eira mân;
  Ym mhob temtasiynau,
      Iesu cymorth fi,
  Gwna fi'n bur a sanctaidd,
      sanctaidd ydwyt Ti.

O! fyddlon Iesu,
    dangos rin dy loes,
Boed fy mywyd innau
    'n aberth ac yn groes;
  Yna pam yr ofnaf
      pryd y'm gelwir i;
  Dwg fy enaid adref
      i'th fwyn fynwes Di.

(A Child's Wish)
O tender Jesus!
    dear thou art to me,
Listening is thy heart
    to my weak cry,
  Strengthen my feet to walk
      in Thy steps,
  Make me an obedient child,
      obedient like Thyself.

O holy Jesus!
    make me white and clean,
Bleach an unclean soul
    like the fine snow;
  In all temptations,
      Jesus help me,
  Make me pure and holy,
      holy art Thou.

O faithful Jesus!
    show the merit of thy agony,
Let my own life be
    a sacrifice and a cross;
  Then why shall I fear
      when I am seen;
  Bring my soul home
      to Thy dear breast.
