O! Llewyrcha, Ysbryd sanctaidd,
Nerthol weithia waith nefolaidd;
  Dangos degwch Iesu hawddgar,
  Nes dwyn calon
      plant y ddaiar.

Bydoedd meithion, ni chydbwysant
A'i ragorol fawr ogoniant:
  Neb ni fedrodd lai na charu
  Perl y nef, os ef a'i canfu.

O shine, holy Spirit,
Strongly work the heavenly work;
  Show the fairness of beautiful Jesus,
  Until the heart of the children
      of the earth bear it.

Vast worlds, do not weigh together
With his exceedingly great glory:
  No-one could do any less than love
  The Pearl of heaven, if he found it.
