Rhyfedda fyth, briodas-ferch,
I bwy yr wyt yn wrthrych serch;
  O! cenwch, waredigol hil,
  Rhagori y mae Fe ar ddeng mil.

Wonder always, bride,
To whom thou art the object of love;
  O sing, delivered seed,
  He is superior to ten thousand.

Rejoice, O bride, and wonder that
  Thou art the object of His love;
And sing, ye ransomed race, of One
  Who ranks ten thousand far above.
