Ti'r Brenin tragwyddol anfeidrol o fawr

(Pob peth yn eiddo Duw)
Ti'r Brenin tragwyddol,
    anfeidrol o fawr,
Cynnaliwr llu'r nefoedd
    a lluoedd y llawr,
  Tydi o'th haelioni
      dy'n porthi pob un,
  A'th drysor rhagorol,
      da, hollol dy hun.

Ni feddwn ni damaid,
    na llymaid, na lle,
I'w fwyta, na'i yfed,
    na nodded îs ne';
  Tydi biau'r cyfan
      dy hunan, a hawl
  I'r clod a'r gogoniant,
      a meddiant o'r mawl.

Tydi biau'r ddaear fawr,
    hawddgar, a'r hâd,
Sef defnydd ein bara,
    sy'n gwledda pob gwlad;
  Yr holl anifeiliaid,
      a'r 'hediaid, pob rhyw,
  Sy'n eiddo'n Crëawdwr,
      ein Deddfwr, a'n Duw.

Nid oes un crëadur
    dan awyr ond ni,
Nad ŷnt yn ymostwng,
    Un teilwng, i ti,
  Mewn hollol ufudd-dod,
      yn barod bob un,
  Yn llawer mwy parod
      bob diwrnod na dyn.
Edward Jones 1761-1836

[Mesur: 11.11.11.11]

(Everything belonging to God)
Thou the King eternal,
    infinitely great,
Upholder of the host of heaven
    and the hosts of earth,
  Thou of thy generosity
      thou provisioning every one,
  With thy own exceeding,
      good treasure.

We possess no morsel,
    nor drop, nor place,
To eat, nor to drink,
    nor refuge under heaven;
  To thee belongs the whole
      thyself, and the right
  To the acclaim and the glory
      and possession of the praise.

To thee belongs the great, beautiful
    earth, and the seed,
That is the substance of our bread,
    which feasts every land;
  All the animals,
      and the birds, every kind,
  Which are the possession of our Creator,
      our Judge, and our God.

There is no creature
    under the sky but us,
Who is submitting,
    a worthy One, to thee,
  In total obedience,
      ready every one,
  Much more prepared
      every day than man.
tr. 2016 Richard B Gillion
