Tyrd, Ysbryd Sanctaidd, oddi fry,
Rho im dy hoff gymdeithas wiw;
  A rho dystiolaeth glir i mi
  Fy mod yn un o deulu Duw;
O! selia fy maddeuant rhad,
Rho'r ernes im o'r nefol wlad.

Dwg fi, fy Nuw, o dan dy nod,
Gwna fi'n etifedd gwynfyd pur;
  Rho im dy hedd, a gad im fod
  Yn gartref glân i'th Ysbryd gwir.
Boed holl alluoedd f'enaid i
Dros byth dan sêl dy Ysbryd Di.

Come, Holy Spirit, from above,
Give me thy delightful, worthy fellowship;
  And give a clear witness to me
  That I am one of the family of God;
O seal my free forgiveness!
Give the ernest to me of the heavenly land.

Lead me, my God, under thy mark,
Make me an heir of pure blessedness;
  Give my thy peace, and let me be
  A pure home for thy true Spirit.
May all the powers of my soul be
Forever under the seal of Thy Spirit.

Come, Holy Ghost, all-quickening fire,
Come, and in my delight to rest;
  Drawn by the lure of strong desire,
  O come and consecrate my breast;
The temple of my soul prepare,
And fix Thy sacred presence there.

Come, then, my God, mark out Thine heir;
Of Heaven a larger earnest give;
  With clearer light Thy witness bear,
  More sensibly within me live;
Let all my powers Thine entrance feel
And deeper stamp Thyself the seal.
