Yr Arglwydd yn wastadol yw

[5] Yr Arglwydd yn wastadol yw
  Fy modd i fyw, a'm phiol;
A thydi, Iôr, sy'n rhoi im ran
  A chyfran yn ddigonol.

[6] Trwy Dduw y syrthiodd imi ran
  O fewn y fan hyfrydaf;
Digwyddodd i mi, er fy maeth,
  Yr etifeddiaeth lanaf.

[8] Fy Ner bob awr rhois ger fy mron;
  O'r achos hon ni lithraf;
Can's mae ef ar fy neheu law,
  Yma a thraw ni syflaf.

[11] Dangosi lwybr im i fyw'n iawn
  Dy fron yw'r llawn llawenydd;
Can's yn dy nerth, nid yn y llwch,
  Digrifwch sy'n dragywydd.

Gwelir:
  Cadw fi Dduw can's rhois fy mhwys
  Duw cadw ni rhag drwg a gwae
  Dy osod boed in' ger ein bron
  Yr Arglwydd Ior yn unig yw

[5] The Lord is always
  My means to live, and my cup;
And thou, Lord, dost grant me a portion
  And a share abundantly.

[6] Through God a portion has fallen to me
  Within the most delightful place;
There has happened to me, for my sustenance,
  The purest inheritance.

[8] My Master every hour I did set before me;
  For this cause I shall not slip;
Since he is at my right hand,
  Here and yonder I shall not shift.

[11] Thou wilt show me a path to live aright
  Thy breast is the complete joy;
Since in thy strength, not in the dust,
  Is eternal pleasure.

[5] The LORD is the portion
  of mine inheritance and of my cup:
thou maintainest
  my lot.

[6] The lines are fallen unto me
  in pleasant places;
yea, I have
  a goodly heritage.

[8] I have set the LORD
  always before me:
because he is at my right hand,
  I shall not be moved.

[11] Thou wilt shew me the path of life:
  in thy presence is fulness of joy;
at thy right hand
  there are pleasures for evermore.
