Yr Arglwydd yw fy Mugail clau,
  Ni ād fyth eisiau arnaf;
Am hyn cloforaf Ef yn awr,
  A'i enw mawr a folaf.

Tra byddo'r Arglwydd yn my mhlaid,
  Pa raid imi mo'r dychryn?
Ei gariad Ef a'i gadarn law
  A geidw draw y gelyn.

Darparodd imi fodd i fyw;
  Mor hael yw ei ragluniaeth!
A'r hyn a'm cadwodd hyd yn hyn,
  A ddenfyn etto luniaeth.

O'i haeledd daw'r bendithion hyn
  I'm dilyn byth yn ddi-wad;
Ni pheidiaf innau, tra bwyf byw,
  Roi mawl i Dduw fy Ngheidwad.

The Lord is my true Shepherd,
  Who will never leave want upon me;
Therefore I will extol Him now,
  And his great name I will praise.

While ever the Lord is on my side,
  What need is there for fear?
His love and his firm hand
  Shall keep away the enemy.

He provided for me to live;
  How generous is his providence!
And he who kept me thus far,
  Will send again sustenance.

From his generosity come these blessings
  To follow me forever undeniably;
I shall not cease, while ever I live,
  To give praise to God my Saviour

The Lord's my shepherd; I'll not want.
  He makes me down to lie
In pastures green; he leadeth me
  The quiet waters by.

Yea, though I walk in death's dark vale,
  Yet will I fear no ill;
For thou art with me, and thy rod
  And staff me comfort still.

My table thou hast furnished
  In presence of my foes;
My head thou dost with oil anoint,
  And my cup overflows.

Goodness and mercy all my life
  Shall surely follow me,
And in God's house forevermore
  My dwelling place shall be.
