Yr Iesu Brenin nefoedd faith

Yr Iesu, Brenin nefoedd faith,
  Roes heibio'i goron wiw;
Ac ar Galfaria marw wnaeth 
  Dros bawb o ddynolryw.

Am hyn holl lu y nefoedd lân
  Emynant fawl y ne'
I'r Tri yn Un, a'r Un yn Dri,
  Sydd byth yn llenwi'r lle.

O molwn ninau îs y nen,
  Yn nghyda'r nefol gôr,
Yr hwn sydd ar ei orsedd wen, -
  Ein Brenin yw a'n Ior.

Seraffiaid glân, sy'n moli'n glau
  Yn eich trigfanau fry,
Rhowch glust, gwrandewch ar bryfaid llwch
  Yn canu'n uwch na chwi.

Jesus, the King of vast heavens,
  Put aside his worthy crown;
And on Calvary die he did
  For all of humankind.

Therefore the whole host of pure heaven
  Hymn the praise of heaven
To the Three in One, and the One in Three,
  Who forever fills the place.

O let us too praise below the sky,
  Together with the heavenly choir,
Him who is on his white throne, -
  Our King he is and our Lord.

Ye holy Seraphim, who are praising 
  In your dwellings above,
Give ear, listen to the worms of the dust
  Singing louder than ye.

The King, whose glorious face ye see,
  For us his crown resigned;
That fulness of the Deity,
  He died for all mankind!

Triumphant host! they never cease
  To laud and magnify
The Triune God of holiness,
  Whose glory fills the sky.

By faith the upper choir we meet,
  And challenge them to sing
Jehovah on his shining seat,
  Our Maker and our King.

Ye seraphs nearest to the throne,
  With rapturous amaze
On us, poor ransomed worms, look down
  For heaven's superior praise.
