Adnewydda f'ysbryd Arglwydd

Adnewydda f'ysbryd, Arglwydd,
  Ar dy ddydd, ac yn dy waith;
Llanw f'enaid â gorfoledd
  I'm gwroli ar fy nhaith:
Gyda'r awel gad im glywed
  Llais o'r nef yn eglur iawn
Yn cyhoeddi bod i'm henaid
  Heddwch a gollyngdod llawn.

Gad im ddringo copa'r mynydd
  Rydd lawn olwg ar y tir
Lle mae seintiau ac angylion
  Yn mwynhau y bywyd gwir:
Lle mae bywyd yn anfarwol,
  Bywyd bery'n ieuanc byth;
Yno 'nghangau pren y bywyd,
  Uwchlaw angau, gwnaf fy nyth.

Renew my spirit, Lord,
  For thy day, and in thy work;
Fill my soul with praise
  To encourage me on my journey:
With the breeze let me hear
  A voice from heaven very clearly
Announcing to my soul
  Peace and full remission.

Let me climb the summit of the mountain
  Have a completely open view of the land
Where the saints and angels
  Enjoy the true life:
Where there is immortal life,
  Life remaining young forever;
There in the branches of the tree of life,
  Beyond death, I will make my nest.
