Chwychwi ffyddloniaid dewch i'r wledd

Chwychwi ffyddloniaid, dewch i'r wledd,
Yn ôl gorchymyn
    Brenin hedd,
  Cymdeithas hoff, danteithion hael,
Sydd wrth ei allor lân i'w cael.

Ymborthi gawn ni'r gwael ein lliw
Ar gorff a gwaed yr Iesu gwiw,
Nid oes i'r glân angylion llon
  Well gwledd yng ngwlad
      yr hedd na hon.

I'w sacrament y rhoddwn barch,
Ei goffa yw yn ôl ei arch:
  Nes cael yn llon,
      mewn byd di-boen,
  Gyd-gwrdd yn niolch-wledd
      yr Oen.

Tôn [MH 8888]: Hesperus (Henry Baker 1835-1910)

Ye faithful, come ye to the feast,
According to the command
    of the King of peace,
  A lovely fellowship, generous delicacies,
Are at his holy altar to be got.

We of poor condition may feed
On the body and blood of the worthy Jesus,
The cheerful holy angels have no
  Better feast in the land
      of peace than this.

To his sacrament we shall give reverence,
His memorial is according to his command:
  Until getting cheerfully,
      in a pain-free world,
To meet together in the Lamb's
      thanksgiving feast.
