Holl ddyfroedd y moroedd ni olch'sai fy mriw

(Rhagoriaeth Gwaed Crist, Heb. ix. 14.)
Holl ddyfroedd y moroedd
    ni olch'sai fy mriw,
Na gwaed y cre'duriaid,
    er amled eu rhyw;
  Ond gwaed y Messia
      a'm gwella'n ddi boen,
  Rhyfeddol yw rhinwedd
      marwolaeth yr Oen.

'Doedd un feddyginiaeth
    rhwyng nefoedd a llawr
Iachasai fy nghlwyfau
    oedd ddyfnion a mawr
  Ond gwaed yr Oen anwyl
      a'm prynodd yn ddrud,
  A wella f'archollion
      yn holl-iach i gyd.

(The Supremacy of the Blood of Christ, Heb. 9:14.)
All the waters of the seas
    could not wash my bruise,
Nor the blood of creatures,
    despite their numerous kinds;
  But the Messiah's blood
      heals me painlessly,
  Wonderful is the merit
      of the death of the Lamb.

There is no physician
    between heaven and earth
Who would heal my wounds
    which were deep and great
  But the blood of the beloved Lamb
      who redeemed me expensively,
  And heals all my wounds
      completely whole.
tr. 2017 Richard B Gillion
