This is a work of fiction.
The United States goverment has lost a piece of secret military research
equipment called DragAFT when one of the scientists working on the device
took it
with him to a conference. It was stolen out of the hotel room where he
was staying. The thieves used the devices own mobility to take it out
by remote control. It appears the thieves plan to use it to attack the White
House
