I am calling you to go deeper in your study of My Word. Just reading My Word is not enough, you must really study it. There are many suggestions for studying My Word and you must choose the method that promotes the most knowledge and which motivates you to more and more study. As you begin you will find yourself hungering more and more for My Word. My Word is totally truth and as you come to know and understand it you shall be amazed at how things shall change in your life.
AND HE OPENED THEIR UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY MIGHT COMPREHEND THE SCRIPTURES. (Luke 24:45)
As you begin to comprehend the Scriptures you will be able to hear Me speak to you more clearly, you will begin to experience a new intimacy with Me...the intimacy you have been so desiring in your heart, you will begin to sense My presence with you in a greater way, you will begin to cherish your time spent in prayer and see greater answers.
I commend you, My child, for your Scripture prayers and I urge you to expand on these prayers. I commend you for memorization of Scripture and I urge you to expand on what you have learned. Do not think that your elderly mind is unable to absorb the Scriptures for, as you become willing, I shall restore the sharpness of your mind to what it was in your youth. Again, I would warn you, My child, that the day will come when all you will have of My Word will be what you have stored in your heart.
There are multiple nuggets of truth contained in My Word which are yet to be discovered and for all who diligently search I shall begin to reveal them unto you. To you, My child, as you begin a faithful search of My Word, using whatever helps are available to you, I shall open up new avenues of truth to you.
The more immersed in and filled up with My Word the more effective will be your ministry unto others. As people seek you for prayer for their needs you will have the Scriptures at your fingertips which relate to that need. There is no ministry more powerful than that of ministering My Word.
My child, you fill your days with activity, some which is pleasing to Me and some which is being unfruitful. Listen for My direction as I teach you how to select the priorities in your life and be willing to allow the rest to fall away from you without regret. My little one, as you enter into a new daily schedule according to My guidance you will experience a new happiness in Me and you will welcome the dawn of each new day.
Go forward, My child, into the activities I am planning for you and see great changes in your life. Be in remembrance to release each day unto Me and you will receive clear guidance for My will for you.
