On the surface, parts of the world would seem to be prospering and at peace but under the surface it is like a time bomb ready to explode...ready to spew out wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes, famines and pestilences as foretold in Scripture. It will also spew out economic disasters but in all of these tribulations, I will be supporting My people and watching over them. Does not Scripture say....
THEN YOU WILL LAY YOUR GOLD IN THE DUST, AND THE GOLD OF OPHIR AMONG THE STONES OF THE BROOKS. YES THE ALMIGHTY WILL BE YOUR GOLD AND YOUR PRECIOUS SILVER, FOR THEN YOU WILL HAVE YOUR DELIGHT IN THE ALMIGHTY, AND LIFT UP YOUR FACE TO GOD. YOU WILL MAKE YOUR PRAYER TO HIM, HE WILL HEAR YOU, AND YOU WILL PAY YOUR VOWS. YOU WILL ALSO DECLARE A THING AND IT WILL BE ESTABLISHED FOR YOU. SO LIGHT WILL SHINE ON YOUR WAYS. (Job 22:24-28)
O My children, do not put your trust in your gold or your silver or in the treasures of the world, but rather trust only in Me and I shall give you all things that you will need.
BUT CONCERNING THE TIMES AND THE SEASONS, BRETHREN, YOU HAVE NO NEED THAT I SHOULD WRITE TO YOU. FOR YOU YOURSELVES KNOW PERFECTLY THAT THE DAY OF THE LORD SO COMES AS A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. FOR WHEN THEY SAY, "PEACE AND SAFETY" THEN SUDDEN DESTRUCTION COMES UPON THEM, AS LABOR PAINS UPON A PREGNANT WOMAN. AND THEY SHALL NOT ESCAPE. (1 Thess. 5:1-3)
Assuredly, I say unto you, every word contained in the Scriptures foretelling of events to come in the last days, shall surely come to pass and you need to be prepared for them.
BUT YOU, BRETHREN, ARE NOT IN DARKNESS, SO THAT THIS DAY SHOULD OVERTAKE YOU AS A THIEF. YOU ARE ALL SONS OF LIGHT AND SONS OF THE DAY. WE ARE NOT OF THE NIGHT NOR OF DARKNESS. THEREFORE LET US NOT SLEEP, AS OTHERS DO, BUT LET US WATCH AND BE SOBER. (1 Thess. 5:4-6)
All of you, My precious people, who proclaim Me as your Lord and Savior, know that My coming is imminent and that I have called you to watch and be sober.
BUT LET US WHO ARE OF THE DAY BE SOBER, PUTTING ON THE BREASTPLATE OF FAITH AND LOVE, AND AS A HELMET THE HOPE OF SALVATION. FOR GOD DID NOT APPOINT US TO WRATH, BUT TO OBTAIN SALVATION THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO DIED FOR US, THAT WHETHER WE WAKE OR SLEEP, WE SHOULD LIVE TOGETHER WITH HIM. THEREFORE COMFORT EACH OTHER, AND EDIFY ONE ANOTHER, JUST AS YOU ALSO ARE DOING. (1 Thess. 5:8-11)
My little ones, glory in your salvation, walking in faith and in love. Put away all wrath but endeavor to live together with Him. Come together in fellowship, comforting one another, and building each other up with love.
AND WE URGE YOU, BRETHREN, TO RECOGNIZE THOSE WHO LABOR AMONG YOU, AND ARE OVER YOU IN THE LORD AND ADMONISH YOU, AND TO ESTEEM THEM VERY HIGHLY IN LOVE FOR THEIR WORK'S SAKE. BE AT PEACE AMONG YOURSELVES. (1 Thess. 5:12,13)
Beloved, be supportive of your Pastors and teachers, look up to them, love them and esteem them highly as they bring My words of exhortation and teaching to you. Seek to be at peace with each other.
NOW WE EXHORT YOU, BRETHREN, WARN THOSE WHO ARE UNRULY, COMFORT THE FAINTHEARTED, UPHOLD THE WEAK, BE PATIENT WITH ALL. SEE THAT NO ONE RENDERS EVIL FOR EVIL TO ANYONE, BUT ALWAYS PURSUE THAT WHICH IS GOOD BOTH FOR YOURSELVES AND FOR ALL. (1 Thess. 5:14,15)
My people, these are words of exhortation for you. Do not allow unruliness in your midst but give them warning. Comfort those with worries and cares. Help to carry the burdens of the weak. Be patient with all with whom you come in contact. Do not allow others to try to repay things that have been done to them, but rather that they would desire to repay evil with good. Always seek the good things around you, for yourself and for others.
Allow this blueprint of guidance for your walk with Me. Even as Paul exhorted the Thessalonians so long ago, I tell you, these directions are for you today.
REJOICE ALWAYS.
PRAY WITHOUT CEASING.
IN EVERYTHING GIVE THANKS; FOR THIS IS THE WILL OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS FOR YOU.
DO NOT QUENCH THE SPIRIT.
DO NOT DESPISE PROPHECIES.
TEST ALL THINGS; HOLD FAST WHAT IS GOOD.
ABSTAIN FROM EVERY FORM OF EVIL. (1 Thess. 5:16-22)
Such simple directions which, as you follow them they shall bring much joy and peace into your lives, knowing that you are walking in My will for you.
My children, it is a time for you to be reaching out to all those around you, telling them the good news of salvation, that they might have the opportunity to ask Me into their hearts, receiving their salvation in Me and become ready to serve Me.
