The time is approaching for you to remember the anniversary of My death on the cross when I took upon Me the sins of the world and paid the price for salvation for the whole world. Even as I took the sins of the world upon Me I also bore the diseases and infirmities of all mankind, that they might be healed. O, My people, open the eyes of your understanding to the truth of My death on the cross. Even as the free gift of salvation is available to all so also is the free gift of healing available to all.
Let us consider what My Scriptures say about My death and resurrection. Meditate on the accounts of what my death on the cross of Calvary has made possible for the whole world...the salvation of every soul and the healing of every body. O My people, build up your faith by spending much time in searching the Scriptures. Those who are seeking to find hope in a world where chaos reigns shall know a desire to find Me as their Savior.
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints. (Ephes. 1:18)
Jesus is crucified...
Then they crucified Him, and divided His garments, casting lots, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet. They divided My garments among them, and for My clothing they cast lots. (Matt. 27:35)
Jesus dies...
Jesus, when He had cried out again with a loud voice, yielded up His spirit. (Matt. 27:50)
Jesus is buried...
And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and laid it in his new tomb which he had hewn out of the rock; and he rolled a large stone against the door of the tomb, and departed. (Matt. 27:59,60)
The Empty Tomb...
He is not here, for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. (Matt. 28:6)
The Great Commission...
And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. (Mark 16:15,16)
The Ascension...
And he led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven. (Luke 24:50,51)
Beloved, as the Easter season approaches, spend some time in contemplating what I have done for you by My death on the cross. Where would you be today had I not been willing to die for you. Spend some time in coming before Me in worship, praise and thanksgiving for what I have provided for you.
My people, you are hearing so much about unreached people groups in far off lands and you send forth missionaries to proclaim My salvation to them but, I tell you, there are many in areas of your country who have scarcely heard the gospel of salvation. I urge you to pray for these people, to support those who are willing to go out and spread the gospel in their areas. I urge you to make sure your neighbors and friends have an understanding of the gospel message. Witness to them, share your testimony with them and tell them what I have done for you. I tell you, My people, as you go forth to spread My Word, know that I go with you, giving you the words to speak, words that will touch their hearts.
