The Lord Does Not Forsake His Saints

My people, My people....

It is My desire to speak to the elderly today, My elderly saints. I love you, My precious ones. Many of you are feeling that you can be of no further use to Me but, I tell you, that is not so. In fact I need each one of you more than ever, to be My hand extended in these difficult days. First of all I would call you to prayer, earnest prayer for all whom you know who have not accepted Me as their Savior. You do not comprehend the power of your prayers. When I hear you bring someone to Me in prayer I immediately begin to move in their lives and thus multitudes will reach out and receive Me into their hearts.

I am raising up an army of young people who will minister throughout the world with great power in preaching and teaching and in prophecy. I am calling you, My precious elderly saints to come alongside the young, to mentor them, to teach them and to pray with them. My beloved, you may say....

I have been young and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread. He is ever mindful and lends, and his descendants are blessed. Depart from evil and do good, and dwell forevermore. For the Lord loves justice, and does not forsake His saints. (Psalm 37:25-28)

My saints, as times of tribulation increase around the world I would seek your fervent prayer to stop the tide of evil which has come into the world. You cannot imagine what your prayers can accomplish The time has come when the prayers of My people shall move My hand as never before.

Do not say, My elderly saints, "I'm too old, what can I do?" I tell you, My beloved, there is so much you can do for Me. As you release yourselves unto Me I shall strengthen your bodies, I shall renew your minds, I shall clearly speak to you what I desire you to do.

Are you walking in My Spirit? If not, seek the infilling of the Holy Spirit and receive more power in your prayers.

I indeed baptized you with water, but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit. (Mark 1:8)

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him. (Luke 11:13)

My beloved, ask Him and receive the Holy Spirit. You know not all that the Holy Spirit will accomplish in your lives.

I am calling you, My saints, to mentor your grandchildren and other young people who cross your path. Lead them unto salvation and eternal life with Me. Using the wisdom I shall give you, teach them truths from My Holy Word. Be an example to them. Pray for them. This is the greatest task you can do in your latter years.

The glory of young men is their strength, and the splendor of old men is their grey head. (Psa. 20:29)

My saints, never be ashamed of your grey head. Just know that you are invaluable to Me. Seek Me in your prayer closets and in study of My Word and prepare yourselves to teach the young I shall speak into your hearts many people to pray for, many situations to bring before Me and all kinds of things that need prayer. I say unto you, My elderly saints...

Arise, shine, for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people, but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. (Isa. 60:1,2)
