I perceive that in the midst of the chaos the world has become My precious people are finding it ever harder to maintain a happy marriage. Divorce and separation are rampant all over the world. Little children are enduring much suffering, not understanding why their parents cannot live at peace with each other. They are being torn by their loyalty to both parents.
Many, even some of My people, cannot come to that place of commitment to each other and choose to live together without the benefit of marriage. Without a commitment heartache usually follows and there is no peace or happiness.
Before entering into a relationship, be it marriage or not, everyone needs to seek for enlightenment from My Word as to My directions for a man and a woman. Is it not said?....
LIKEWISE YOU WIVES, BE SUBMISSIVE TO YOUR OWN HUSBANDS, THAT EVEN IF SOME DO NOT OBEY THE WORD, THEY, WITHOUT A WORD, MAY BE WON BY THE CONDUCT OF THEIR WIVES, WHEN THEY OBSERVE YOUR CHASTE CONDUCT ACCOMPANIED BY FEAR. (1 Peter 3:1,2)
Many husbands have been won for My kingdom through the conduct and example of their wives.
LIKEWISE, YOU HUSBANDS, DWELL WITH THEM WITH UNDERSTANDING, GIVING HONOR TO THE WIFE, AS TO THE WEAKER VESSEL, AND AS BEING HEIRS TOGETHER OF THE GRACE OF LIFE, THAT YOUR PRAYERS MAY NOT BE HINDERED. (1 Peter 3:7)
Husbands, as you trust your wives you build a basis for a happy marriage.
There is so much misunderstanding in the world concerning My admonition for wives to be submissive to their husbands, causing wives to be resentful of this Scripture. It is not My will to give husbands the right to control their wives but that they would love and respect and honor them and seek their opinions.
WIVES, SUBMIT TO YOUR OWN HUSBANDS, AS TO THE LORD. FOR THE HUSBAND IS HEAD OF THE WIFE, AS ALSO CHRIST IS HEAD OF THE CHURCH; AND HE IS THE SAVIOR OF THE BODY. THEREFORE, JUST AS THE CHURCH IS SUBJECT TO CHRIST, SO LET THE WIVES BE TO THEIR OWN HUSBANDS IN EVERYTHING. (Ephes. 5:22-24)
Wives, can you picture your submission to your husbands as compared to the subjection of My people unto Me. I am not a hard taskmaster but rather desire only your love and obedience.
HUSBANDS, LOVE YOUR WIVES, JUST AS CHRIST ALSO LOVED THE CHURCH AND GAVE HIMSELF FOR IT. SO HUSBANDS OUGHT TO LOVE THEIR OWN WIVES AS THEIR OWN BODIES, HE WHO LOVES HIS WIFE LOVES HIMSELF. (Ephes. 5:25,28)
Husbands, you must not wrongfully misinterpret the admonition to your wives to be submissive to you. You must not seek to control them but to share with them every aspect of your lives You must seek to communicate with them in every matter that concerns your relationship. As a result of your love for her you are automatically going to honor and respect her also.
My beloved people, all those who are man and wife, joined in marriage together, go forth into the world exhibiting your love for Me and for each other, displaying your happiness to the people of the world so that they might desire to know the source of your happiness that they also might walk in it.
