~ Day 1...As I asked the Lord to speak to me through His Word my Bible opened to Acts 3:8 "So he, leaping up stood and walked and entered the temple with them....walking, leaping and praising God." I said, 'But Lord, you know I cannot do that today.' But, when I awoke in the night on the 4th night to find my breathing had returned to normal I knew this Scripture was for then as I certainly felt like walking, leaping and praising the Lord.
~ Day 2...All through my stay in hospital the Lord never stopped speaking in that still, small voice...'I am with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. I shall send you home well and healed. "You shall walk within your house with a perfect heart.' You are concerned for your little Grandbaby but your prayers for him shall be answered. Tell his parents that I am with them and shall keep their baby well.
~ Day 3....Read in Scripture..."Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:3,4) Ongoing conversation with my Lord.
~ Day 4....A message from the Lord....My child, you have come through a time of walking in a valley but I have never left your side. I have been with you every step of the way. You have come down the mountain path but you are on the way to the top of the mountain again. My child, you have been suffering but sometimes I allow My people to suffer in order to bring them into a deeper walk with Me. Listen, listen, My child, as I speak new revelations to you. I have called you to be My end-time handmaiden. Continue, My child to fulfill the Scripture found in Proverbs...Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths. (Prov. 3:5,6)
~ Day 5....Experiencing the wonder of a sunrise seen from the picture window by my bedside. Watching the cloud formations and seeing the face of Jesus in their midst. Who can say there is no God?
~ Day 6....The Scripture the Lord gave me...Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. (Psa. 37:3,4) If I allowed negative thoughts to enter my mind I would hear that still, small voice of Jesus say, 'You are not trusting Me enough.'
~ Day 7....Experiencing a first time bath in the modern facilities in institutions, being taken high in the air and lowered into the tub by hydraulic system and thanking the Lord for the wonder of it. Being able to walk in the hospital corridors.
~Day 8....A message from the Lord...'My child, as you put your whole trust in Me you shall experience My hand of healing touching your body and removing all disease and infirmity from you. I need you, My child, to continue to touch lives in the place where I have put you and so I will make you well and strong in order to accomplish this. I am calling you to speak your praises unto Me unceasingly for praise brings the Holy Spirit into action on your behalf.'
~Day 9....The Lord gave me this Scripture...'Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ.' (2 Cor. 1:3-5) A message from the Lord...."My beloved child, you are feeling strength returning to your body and you rejoice in knowing that My hand of healing is touching you. You are remembering the Scripture, "The joy of the Lord is your strength" and you are realizing joy as you open the Scriptures and read My Word. My Word is speaking deeply to your heart in this time of being set apart. You have endured suffering with a brave heart and now you are coming into a wonderful time of experiencing My healing power touching your body and restoring it to wellness again. I shall soon return you to your home again and gradually I shall send you forth to touch the lives of those in your midst and cause them to seek Me with all their hearts. I must have these people prepared for what is to come upon the world. I must be assured that each has received the message of salvation and know the truth. They must understand that they have a choice between eternity in heaven with Me or eternity in hell. Return to time spent in prayer with your prayer partner and earnestly pray for staff and residents of your facility. As you are faithful in this I shall raise both of you to wellness and healing in your bodies. It is indeed the last days you are living in and I would admonish both of you to open your mouths and allow My words to flow freely through you to all whom you meet. You will be amazed at the words I shall speak forth through you. Beloved, I shall reveal unto you great new revelations for My people that will touch their hearts as never before. I am bringing into being My plans for the end of time and they will be beyond what you can imagion. I will contend with the enemy and bring victory to My people.
~ Day 10...An early morning visit from my Dr. to say, 'You can go home today.' What music to my ears! So here I am back in my cosy room at the Lodge and feeling well and back to normal again. Soon I anticipate hearing the Lord say, 'Pray with 2 of the residents today' and I will know that He has returned me to my ministry here. What a wonderful God we serve !!!!!
My very grateful thanks for all your prayers, so very much needed in times such as this. I know that the Lord has heard each prayer and is bringing the answers into being. My thanks also to all who prayed for Benjamin, my new little grandbaby who is thriving and doing well. May the Lord pour out His blessings on all of you.
